The Community Sentiment Survey will help Council better understand community priorities.

Townsville City Council’s Community Sentiment Survey is a city-wide survey that gives community members the opportunity to tell Council what is working well, what needs improvement and what matters most to them. The survey is being delivered by Catalyse Pty Ltd using the MARKYT Community Scorecard methodology.

The survey will help Council better understand community priorities, measure satisfaction with local services and facilities, and inform future planning, programs and budget decisions.
