Bus Stop Upgrade – TSV1232 Fulham Road, Gulliver

About the project

Townsville City Council is committed to providing bus stop facilities that are safe, support an all-inclusive community and improve community connectivity.

Bus stop facilities within your suburb are scheduled for upgrade in the 2020/2021 financial year.

As part of these proposed works, Council may:

• relocate the existing bus stop fronting the Fulham Road Plaza to the front of No. 126 Fulham Road
• construct a new concrete slab and associated section of plain concrete pathway
• install a seat, shelter, J Pole, and disability signage
• install tactile indicators and refurbish pavement markings
• remove street trees and vegetation within the pathway alignment.

Council values community feedback on all our projects and invites residents to submit their feedback on the proposed bus stop upgrade.
