As part of this project, Council plans to:
install a new shade sail and playground equipment

replace existing picnic sets and bin
install a new park sign and water bubbler
landscape the area
Council invites visitors and surrounding residents of the park to have your say on the new playground options proposed for Glenrock Park.
Glenrock Park - Update
Throughout November 2019, the project team provided a forum for the community to select which playground they believed would be suitable and like to see installed within the park. The project received 124 visitors to the page with 48 responses that has provided Council the opportunity to select as per the community responses. The community feedback on this playground selection round of engagement showed there is strong support for Playground Option 3; as a direct result of this community consultation, Council has given approval for the commencement of installation of Playground Option 3.
Construction works are anticipated to be completed by June 2020 – weather permitting.
