Consultation has concluded

Townsville City Council plans to renew the pathway that extends along the western side of Angus Smith Drive between Riverside Boulevard and Tennant Street.

The existing pathway is heavily used by pedestrians and needs repair.

As part of these works, Council will:

  • construct approximately 173 metres of 2.5-metre-wide concrete path
  • remove and replant three (3) street trees.

Council will contact residents before we begin construction activities.
