Pathway Renewal - Balls Lane

Townsville City Council plans to renew the pathway that extends along the northern side of Ross River Road between No. 37 and No. 25 Ross River Road.

The existing pathway is in poor condition and needs repair.

As part of these works, Council will:

• construct approximately 152 metres of 1.5-metre-wide coloured concrete path
• reconstruct identified driveway crossovers and accesses
• remove an identified unused crossover fronting No. 37 Ross River Road.

Council will contact residents before we begin construction activities.
